• All detailing prices are starting prices and are based on vehicle size and overall condition.
   
• Final pricing may be adjusted depending on the level of dirt, grime, staining, pet hair, or buildup.
   
• Clear photos of the vehicle are required to provide an accurate quote and time estimate.
   

• Photos must be submitted before the appointment is confirmed.
   
• Appointments cannot be finalized without photos of the vehicle’s current condition.
   

• A $15 refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
   
• Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.
   
• Bookings can be made via DMs or through our website.
   

• All personal belongings must be removed prior to service.
   
• The trunk must be completely emptied before your appointment.
   
• Vehicles not prepared may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
   

• ReyesDetails is based in Thomasville, NC, offering both drop-off and mobile services.
   
• No travel fee applies for locations within 30 minutes.
   
• Locations over 30 minutes may incur additional travel fees based on mileage.
   
• For mobile services, access to water and electricity is requested.
   

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will require rescheduling.
   

• An Ultra Premium Detail must be completed before enrolling in a Monthly Membership.
   
• Membership details must be scheduled monthly to remain active.
   
• Membership pricing may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.
